Try :

-  get the option "Skip the foremost window" checked and then click OK in the options dialogue

- if you're having some applications "running on top of other windows" (e.g. on-screen keyboard, magnifier), then the foremost window cannot be skipped, just like with regular "Alt-tab" switch
 
- running certain task-switching software could possibly cause the situation you have reported



If the problem does not disappear, please report again (if possible include list of applications runnig on your machine along with WinFlip).

okay i figured it out already, the problem's with vistart. i tried closing vistart and winflip works fine now. imma shift my butt to the vistart forum now. lol.
