Hi!
First MagicFormation is a realy great Launcher! 

Bugs:
- Hotkey doesn't work after Hibernation mode (sometimes).
- Its possible to add new icons to TaskList view.


Here some idea´s for MagicFormation:
- disable gestures in fullscreen apps like games.
- Show small extra Icon/Overlay under/over ApplicationIcon (indicates the Application is running)
- MouseGesture Option for TaskList page
- Tooltip: Text Shadow Option (Radius/Transparency...)
- enable/disable tooltip Background
- setting for Animation size (magnification)
- separate Icon size options for CenterIcon and ApplicationIcons
- separate page settings, like set first page with tooltips and second without
(- more Icon click/onMouseover Animation)
(- more formations like X-formation or half-circle )
- Ability to drag files on Icons (open/play file with program)
- Clicking/pressing on Icon (linked to Folder): opens Menu with a list of folder content.
- better font engine for tooltip (Anti-aliasing)
- ability to change note icon (Application not found - icon)
- move icons from one page to another
- lock position of icons in manual formation
- multiple circles on one page
- after MagicFormation in tasklist view is closed, the mouse gesture: "Show formation" (or Show formation/Hide formation) should open formation view and not again tasklist
- exclude list for tasklist
- maybeeeeee docklets... like a clock.
- mouseover/click sounds
- Ability to change the letters (alphabet), just like in WinFlip
- make hotkeys also work in gesture open magiformation mode.
- move application icons from one page to another

I'm realy sorry, I want to concentrate on WinFlip at moment. So, I think I'll not update MagicFormation for while.

but I write about some hidden functions for you.

- MouseGesture Option for TaskList page

Drag the center icon just a little bit by mouse right button. then release it.
It's not MouseGesture but kind of.(it returns if you do that again.)

- separate Icon size options for CenterIcon and ApplicationIcons

Press the mouse left button on the center icon(keep pressing). use mouse wheel to enlarge/reduce the center icon.

(- more formations like X-formation or half-circle )

I think you know the "Manual formation". You can make any Formations at that mode.
NOTE: Before you make the original formation, You'd better use "Disable icon animation" and use the SHIFT key While moving the icons at that mode. you'll know the reason.

Question: What is the Cover Image, you can set?

The cover image means.....

you are looking from here to down there.

----- sheet image -----

Therefore, The cover image should be half or almost transparent.
Do you see what I mean?

And one more important function.
To change the icon image, You just press the SHIFT key(keep pressing) and Drag and drop the image file to the icons in the formation.
I mean you don't have to open the dialog to change the icon images.

That's how it works.(kHaN helped me to make that image)

umm, I think you should drag more longer.(more than ten pixels or bit more)
If it still doesn't work, just ask me again.

I do understand how the Cover Image works together with Sheet and Icon Pictures, but when I use my custom made Image(http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/1417/coverdy4.png), it doesnt appear above my Icons.

And switching to TaskList works, but very bugy.
Sometimes I need to drag the CenterIcon(CenterIcon doesnt follow Mouse), wait,.. try again and then the CenterIcon follows my mouse.

Edit: Now everything works! Max size of cover image is 128x128!

Ah, I found a Bug in TaskList.
When I open Opera or Miranda, it shows 2 icons for one program.
One icon for the program and the other with a black layer.

Sometimes I saw the same problem on my pc.
In fact Magic Formation is bit old prog. I was making them last year(mainly).
At that time I didn't know the way to get the task list properly.
But now, I think I can make it better.
I'll fix that someday in the future.

Maybe Its old, but a great tool! 
And this older program have a "better" MouseGesture integration than WinFlip.
Winflip interferes with StrokeIt! program.

I have to contribute my thanks and impressions of MagicFormation at this time as well.  Wow. What a useful and amazing program. I have searched for productivity software high and low and this utility that you wrote is simply amazing. It's very swift to appear on-screen, it launches it's shortcuts quicker than the other docks I've been using all this time. It's really the underdog of launchers. Thank you for creating it and I hope you continue. The little 'physics' bounce in the animation is so entertaining that it makes using it become second nature when often, other gimmicky launchers eventually just stop being used in favor of the quickest way to do something. Once again, thanks for the amazing application, please consider maintaining it, there will be a lot of fans of this program. ^^

I'm very happy. because you are enjoying the MF.
I read your post about MF at the aqua-soft.org.
Now the thread(aqua-soft.org) has got many of replies.
I saw some of screen shots at that thread. That made me happy.
I like to see the screen shots of MF. I'm collecting them

I'm going to get back to updating MF again.
But, As you know there are still some of tasks to be done on WinFlip.
And my job is very busy at moment. So, It should be bit later
