In one sentence: Winflip is a nice idea with a lot of bugs still to fix and a lot of function still to add + the time for its use is running out, since windows 7 will surely offer better. So what the hell is going on there? No more interest in further development?
And if so, why not making this version final?

The answer for your question is "this program still under development".
As you mentioned there is a lot of bugs and a lot of things to do.
I'm sure I still want to make rest of this program. but It takes long.

It just would be a pity if this became a cold case, if you know what I mean, for Winflip does not only provide beautification, but also a lot of workflow increase.
