i just format my pc and seccessfull finish
but am having trouble when ever i want to switch off
the pc switch off and restar agian plz i really need your help
as soon as you can

Now I´m not sure I understand your problem. Have you already installed OS?

I agree with Leon1464, we'll move this to offtopic if it's not linked to WinFlip.

I don't exactly see why you should have trouble with shut down/rebooting, how come ? Provide details.

I´ve discussed it with tech over skype.Right now i looks like a possible virus/malware infection. I´ve told tech to do virus scan/spybot sweep and we´ll see then.
