Wellcome to the messageboard, mine87,

to try WinFlip you'll need a DirectX 9 compatible video chip with hardware acceleration support.

Check you (start menu >) dxdiag (Screen tab) and the advanced button > Troubleshoot in display properties.


If your DirectX version or video driver is old enough, then consider upgrading each.
