Please tell us about your computer's environment. other wise we can't solve your problem.
Are you using Windows XP SP2 ?
What is the name of Video/Graphic card ? product name of your machine?
Which version of WinFlip are you using?

I'm experiencing the same problem.
System Configuration:
Windows 2000 (sp4).
Running vista theme for win 2000. (WindowBlinds + Objectbar)
Memory: 261,532 KB RAM
Pentium: 3.
Directory: C:\Program Files\WinFlip
It says it every time!!!

Welcome to the messageboard, hjbklli,

unfortunately, WinFlip is not compattible with Windows 2000.  WinFlip totally relies on Windows XP API's.
