 Smiley This PDF does not have to be the only source of help, it  is an option. WinFlip.zip has readmes in many languages inside WinFlip.zip. An html page may be added later.

In my opinion,
The PDF manual is for printing.
Therefore it cannot be other format.

As you know .txt readmes are available in the archive. Smiley
