 My Mega Pc AMD Athlon XP 2400+ (2GHz) 1,25 GB ram 1 Terrabyte HDD space WinXp SP1 (<-- without updates) Geforce 7600 GS ... because I already killed two graphic-cards and this was the last I got for free in exchange for my old one..

Not enough for newer games but just great for work. I´ll buy a new machine once I get enough money.

Its my minimalistic way of thinking and SP2 decreases compatibility with some programs. I dont have any critical probelms with my system... my last winxp-sp1 installation sustain more than 3 years.

I use my Pc only for Internet/Text/shmup... and xp-sp1 fulfilles this requirements.

If there still really is software that's incompatible with SP2 XP I think it's better to doubt if you should use that software, than to doubt if you should use SP2, lol.
