Hi, Vikisraj, and welcome to the forum!

This feature is on the to-do list for WinFlip, but until then, there is a workaround.

Quote from: Section 3.10 in the WinFlip Wiki
10: To make Winflip run on Windows startup, right-click on WinFlip.exe
        and select 'Create Shortcut'.
         (i)  To only run it for the user account you are logged on to,
               go to:
               C:\Docs and Settings\Username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
where 'Username' is your username. Move your shortcut into
               this folder.
(ii) To have Winflip run for all users, navigate to:
                 C:\Docs and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
and paste the shortcut. You must be an administrator to do
               this.
